This is the entrance to the alley between 3rd and 4th on Coles street. There was slate and original cobble stone and the granite gutter. The owner of 58 Coles was doing something to it about 2 weeks age. This is an issue for Historic district office. Owner should be made to replace original material.

It cannot be ignored nor can it be delayed for a long time. It should not have been touched without a quick plan to repair/replace it. The city needs to stay on top of these contractors who just break things up and then expect us to wait for the repair. It is dangerous for anyone walking by. I hope they have insurance!!!!

Still an issue, still a safety concern. Please hold the responsible parties accountable and arrange for repair.

I reported this to RRC when it was happening and nothing was done to stop it. This is unacceptable. Developers with deep pockets get to do they want but we need to follow the rules. This sidewalk is a real danger to walk on.

If you twist an ankle or stumble and hurt yourself find a good lawyer and sue!!!!

Also this is in several spots on Jersey ave between 8th and 7th streets (east side)
