The plan associated with your deed states the centerline of the wall is the property line. If a rock has fallen onto your property, you can place it back in the wall.

The rock is too heavy for me to lift. I thought ,where the DPW has equipment and owns half the wall, they might be able to replace the rock. There are actually several that have fallen into the cemetery. It might be nice to have them all replaced.
