Description
sidewalk on both sides of the road on Marshalee Drive, Elkridge, MD, between Gardenview Drive and Montgomery Road/Deborah Jean Drive, have tree/shrub branches blocking them and should be trimmed. This is especially true on the west side of Marshalee where the tree/shrub branches are actually blocking free access to sidewalk in certain areas. The branches are low enough where they could cause an eye injury to a runner or walker.
