Hello, we have reported this issue several times but have not been able to resolve the peoblem. There is a utility box with exposed wires. We do not know if these wires are energized but it certainly appears to be a safety hazard. Tell HoCo reports that they have sent the info to the utity but nothing gets fixed. Is it possible to escalate and follow up to ensure the utility takes care of their safty issue?
Please help.
