twice the brown dog at this house has gone after the little dog I walk. I informed the owners that all dogs must be leashed and registered the first time. dog poop must be picked up as well. unfair to little dog who is minding his own business on a leash with a pooper picker upper. please educate evidently they didn't believe me when I told them the first time.
