improve the visibility leaving Orchard Hill neighborhood, trees at entrance, they block the view (somewhat) as we pull out of the neighborhood. Apparently an inspection was done when trees were not leafed out. These trees are old, have many dead branches on the inside and are only leafed out at the very edges.

i wrote about this a year or so ago, one tree was removed and helped visibility!
It would be great to remove one more. The trees have many dead branches. The stumps do not need to be removed. I hope this happens.
Do not replace wiht another tree please. The issue - according to howard county folks - is opposing left turns and an incline. This means pulling out of Orchard Hill and Sewells Orchard is dangerous and there have been acccidents due to the lack of visibility.
