Good morning Jim,

I received a call from a resident,who lives at 3504 Dairy Valley Trail (Lot 36). There appears to be a storm drain easement in his rear yard which includes a deteriorating inlet (I-11 on the plans) in which the water cannot enter. A sinkhole is forming around it and water is ponding in his yard.
