REMOVE ONE 50% DEAD 12" MAPLE BY MAILBOX WITHIN 90 DAYS, ADD TO THE REPLACEMENT LIST. THE ASH TREES ARE OUT OF THE RIGHT OF WAY AND ARE THE PROPERTY OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
