As I have lived right down the street from this address for over 4 years, it seems the problem got worse after the (fairly) recent repaving that was done last year. Obviously when repaving, they Contractor failed to grade the road properly, so that instead of the water draining South, towards 55th Avenue N, where the actual storm drains are, the poorly graded paving instead allows the water to (always) pool in several spots on Cedar St NE and not drain properly. There are no storm drains on Cedar St NE, fyi.

A Stormwater Crew will investigate this issue and handle accordingly. Thank you.
