The person at this address has been building his house for over a year. He has had several work trailers of his own out in front of the house during this entire time. We have never made a complaint. On the 9th of June, he has moved this trailer in front of our house and mailbox, so that the mail carrier cannot (will not?) deliver mail. We have posted a note on his trailer on the 10th asking him politely to move the trailer away from our mailbox so that we may receive mail. It has not yet moved. We would speak to him directly except he does not reside in the house at this time and apparently works on it intermittently. Also, the owner has had a Port o Potty for most of this entire time at he residence. The trailer used to be in front of this, and we did not previously notice, but the Port O Potty is actually sitting over a storm drain. Surely that cannot be legal? It is most certainly an environmental hazard. For all I know, it drains directly into the sewer drain? I believe that both of these items violate code, and are also in the public right of way.
