Description
Dog waste, roaming dogs, spent drug needles, rats, human feces, presumably cockroaches and bedbugs, trash, non-working vehicles (towed in by rope) for use as habitation. There was a "relocation" of homeless - from the OTHER side of Chapman street, next to the 29th ave overpass, to accommodate PGE line work scheduled. BUT THEY MOVED THEM ONTO MY SIDEWALK, and against my building!!! This is a public health and safety hazard, as well as a safety threat to myself, my tenants and all the other families on this block. I am filing complaints with every SINGLE AGENCY. Take them to Piedmont, why don't you? How about Alameda Naval Air station property? This nightmare issue is disproportionately inflicted by the poor and then again UPON the poor, by forcing accumulated filth and debris into poorer neighborhoods. STOP. IT. NOW.

Well the bright side is that the taggers can't get to your building to tag it...
The City should remove the waste and not allow it to happen. They are blocking the sidewalk... and then some... a big ticket for a normal person, why not the homeless?
