The resident is selling cars out of home. the street is full of his cars to sell. By the weekend they are gone .

This individual "Samuel" has been selling cars from home and cluttering up the streets since i moved here in 2008. The guy has no regard for what a good neighbor is and at times has over 12 cars on site. I have complained over and over seems nothing happens or he hides cars for a bit or moves them to the school parking lot. Good luck as i look for an open street not filled with his useless cars.

Cars are back on street tonight two black Kia with expired dealer plates. Both cars are wrecked but parked on opposite neighbor side, what a shame but not surprised.

All 3 vehicles are parked at Palmer Elementary parking lot with the van on handicap space. All plates expired and all wrecked, needs to be towed to salvage yard. Wish i could load a pic to show this hide and seek this guy is doing with city.
