Junk vehicle with not plates/tags/registration left there for past 3 days

Going on a year this wrecked/junk vehicle has been parked with numerous overflow of cars for sale on the street.

Another wrecked/junk vehicle on the driveway causing overflow of unregistered cars to block the streets making it unsafe and difficult to pass through. Actually multiple wrecked vehicles on driveway with no tags.

Same junk for sale car submitted 10 days ago parked now on plantations lake just before the school. Same owner Samuel from 4326 Brights Bend just loves moving his junk around playing chase with Missouri City.

This resident Samuel that lives at 4326 Brights Bend continues to sell cars and place them throughout our neighborhood. He has been doing this since I moved here in 2006 and after numerous MCPD visit he continues. Just recent the PD tagged all his for sale cars and now he has one at Palmer Elementary front parking lot. Not sure what it will take to just have his junk towed from the neighborhood.

Junk, wrecked automobile on driveway causing overflow of "For Sale" cars on the street. Eye soar and passing vehicles cannot navigate safely due to the congestion from this individual business.
