8/2/18 Status Report: The reported drainage issue was inspected. The Sr Field Operations Coordinator recommends cleaning drainage from manhole(s) to the outfall (supervisor to schedule). However, if there is no drainage concern no work will be performed by us.
Pinellas County policy is that we do not dredge canals or channels for navigational purposes. Most of the canal is private, and dredging in the past was at the cost of the residents. If you would want to dredge for navigational purposes please coordinate with all property owners and Pinellas County Environmental Management's Water & Navigation at (727) 453-3385 or via email Watershed@pinellascounty.org .

The issue you reported has been closed by the Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” Vactor crew has cleaned the pipes however, the county policy is that we do not dredge canals or channels for navigational purposes.
