So the property managers have a challenging job with this strip of easement, which I get. However, despite their claims, there is frequently trash. Additionally, the grass needs to be mowed more and that box needs a more complete graffiti abatement; a thorough coat of paint. If they have concerns re: the box, they can speak to Community Engagement of AAPD to advise them about graffiti. But this ugly corner is at the gates to the city. It's bad enough they have that "mural" full of graffiti tags on their west facing wall to "welcome" visitors. Thanks.
