Description
Just to the SE of the StorterChilds printing co., between the sidewalk and street on the WEST side of N. Waldo Rd, there is a fire hydrant that appears to have been upended by a large vehicle. The hydrant is lying on its side, but there is no warning tape or cone nearby, so it doesn't seem to be a work area. Although there is no water leak, I assume the city would want to put the hydrant back onto its pipe.
