Second this, again. They were barking at 1AM last night. I can see into their backyard - The dogs are kept on a patio, lined with 6 foot tall plywood boards. This issue must be addressed. I've called animal control about this issue 4 times in one year.

The Animal Response Team has continued to monitor this issue. An officer at the location heard no sound of barking and confirmed with a SeeClickFix reporter that the resident has been bringing the dogs in and out in an appropriate fashion.
