The passing thunderstorm poured so much water the manhole cover popped off, again! A passing car pushed it part way back on, but water was up on the sidewalk as well. They keep working on the pipes, but nothing gets better. Please have someone replace the cover properly .

No one is managing the overgrown weeds, etc. They are spilling out onto the sidewalk.

The sprinklers in this corner of the park have been on all day and are preventing walking on the sidewalk, using the bench to wait for the bus and wasting water. Please adjust the timer.

Illegal driveway at this address. The curb lowering seems artificial. There are two cars parked in front. Please verify this is legal.

There has been no attempt to clean up the garbage and it keeps accumulating. A summons was issued 21-December but there has been no response. Can a second summons be issued?

This garbage can has been full for over two weeks and is not being emptied or covered. Please issue a summons as this house is empty.

This morning, at approximately 8:20am, I observed there was NO Parking Authority vehicle in front of the street cleaner that was driving down Palisade Avenue and NO TICKETS had been given to vehicles that inhibited street cleaning. If you don't give out tickets, people won't move their cars and the streets will not be cleaned properly.

There is work being done on what appears to be an illegal addition. There are no permits being displayed and the one online is for painting and this is not painting.

What needs to be done to get this building to dispose of trash properly. The garbage cans are overflowing and the wind carries the unsecured trash all over.

This house is a recent foreclosure and when the tenants moved out they left garbage in front in uncovered trash cans. Now the cans are overflowing and the trash is spilling over. Please issue a summons.

The corner of Palisade and Webster has a broken gutter. Water and snow runoff from the roof create a sidewalk slip and fall situation and I have observed several times including almost falling myself. Please issue a severe fine for this public hazard.

Corner property has not shoveled. Many children use this walkway for school and neither Bowers or Webster has been shoveled.

For the second day, this refrigerator is sitting on the curb. They took the doors off, but it has not been picked up.

This is the third time I have reported this address. Nothing is changing. Are they being sent violations? How high are the fines? Something needs to change at this address.
