Yet another dead cat on the east bound sidewalk of 70th Avenue between 58th Street and 59th street. (Black and White). I almost made it between my home and office and then I see another dead one. Also this format has changed. I've never been asked for my email or phone number before while being logged in. There needs to be more enforcment of both the speed and the control of all the free roaming animals on that road. My bride says there is also one on Park Blvd but don't know the cross street. I hate how crowded the city has become. I will be moving soon as possible. Thank you for your help in getting this resolved. I do appreciate it.
