Someone dumped several cans of paint a few weeks ago behind the mailboxes for the neighbors. The paint is flowing onto the cement holding the mailboxes and onto the grass and perennial garden. I would have gotten rid of it but not sure what chemicals are in it and how it should be legally disposed of.
