Homeless encampment in San Antonio Park on Foothill Boulevard between 17th and 18th Avenues. This is the same homeless group that was recently moved from Foothill Boulevard, across the street. They are now back in the Park. The garbage is piled up on the lawn, and the area smells of human waste. Several Park users have complained, and worry about the safety of the children in the nearby play area in front of the Park restrooms.
