It has been almost 4 months! and no one has done anything about the dead tree that I reported. Can this ticket be elevated to management so some action will be taken. Thanks,

Just do you know, no one from Howard County nor their contractors ever responded to this concern. My neighbor ended up replacing the tree using his own money. I am very disappointed in the lack of response to this ticket- given that Howard County cut down the original tree several years ago and replaced it with an unhealthy tree and then did nothing about it for over two years!
