On Cedar Lane south of Owen Brown Road along the side of the street near the brick wall of the Scot Glen Townhome community is a sewer grate that tips and lifts every time a car runs over the grate. It is hard not to hit the grate when driving on the lane next to the curb. A long time ago I actually blew out 2 tires in another county when it hit a grate like this and my tires went down into the road bed so I know this is a road hazard.
