The basin was repaired 2 years ago and was set to the proper grade corresponding with Witham Street. The private way needs to be regraded or more material needs to be added to bring it up to the grade of Witham Street.

The water is running into my property that I pay taxes on, if your department will not fix it, let me know who to contact to do it right, because apparently to job that was done 2 years ago was none right. i believe it is the responsibly of the city to make it right.
