Description
Sidewalk in front of Murray Hill development remains closed 2.5 years after construction started in fall 2015. One building was built, and rest of the site continues to be a dumping ground for construction debris. Is there any timetable for reopening of the sidewalk, and is the developer obligated to do so by any particular time?
