    I reported this several months ago, on the sidewalk outside the Burger King on Elliot Road. It is winter so harder to tell, but multiple branches still extend over the sidewalk about 4 feet off the ground making it hazardous particularly for bicycle riders.

One building was built, and rest of the site continues to be a dumping ground for construction debris. Is there any timetable for reopening of the sidewalk, and is the developer obligated to do so by any particular time?
