The tree in question was not on the curb line. There is a small walkway at the location, and no trees could be on the curb. The tree fell from a property beyond the curb/sidewalk. The constituent can have the tree parts placed out on the sidewalk tonight if possible for a Wednesday 4-4-2018 pick up.
