Just and FYI. We live at 9370 and we routinely clean the rain gutters and the storm drain. We also have spent hundreds of hours (and $$$$) on removal of the sweet gum balls that infest our neighborhood. Every time there a rain storm we end up with all the debris from neighbors up the street that haven't cleaned in front of their homes. Additionally the trees on the street have not been maintained and there are always lots of branches/twigs down after storms/winds. These are county trees and I think the county needs to assume some responsibility for clean-up not the home owners. We have more than our fair share of clean-up in our back garden as you can see from the photo.
