1005 NE 14th Ave. is a rental property that had a lot of damage during Irma. Many of the fallen trees were removed but most of debris is still piled/scattered around the back yard and there the blue tarp on the roof seems to be a permanent fixture. I have not seen any indication it will be cleaned up. This mess is not only unsightly and devalues other neighborhood properties but rusting fences and standing water present a health hazard.
