I see the problem. The map location is correct, on Mountfort St. But FixIt identified the location as 224 Congress st. Ergo a problem with the program. I checked the map location, not the address cited. The snow remains

The reporter seems to have overlooked that the address was incorrect. The map location marks a spot well into the Eastern Cemetery grounds, which IS located on Congress Street... The marker should have been placed exactly where the issue is, not within the cemetery...
I just realized 224 Congress is North School, the snow is on Mountfort Street, I meant to place my marker on the other side of Mountfort from the cemetery, but The app still shows all of that block of Mountfort as 224 Congress. We need to note what address the app says, as it is often not correct. I didn’t do that, but will in the future.
So the problem is not See Click Fix, but the pitfalls of using a small screen (ie: cell phone) to place the marker accurately. I'm on a PC, with a large enough screen to easily see that the marker is in the cemetery, not at the street where the reported problem is... Don't worry... you're not the first (or probably last) to mis-mark a location. A more explicit description would have helped though....
Having said that, the Public Works inspector added to the comedy of errors, because they should have realized that you were not reporting at issue on Congress St... The marker is nowhere near Congress Street. Now they have to come look again.

I spoked to property manager on site, she will have her crew remove snow from sidewalk adjacent to Washington Gardens complex.
