The north sidewalk on Spring St has been blocked for days by this lift, yet the lift has not been in use anytime I pass it. Please have the lift moved - back to its home, into the adjacent passage, or into the parking lot across the street when they are not using it

Front end loaders are going on Commercial St with full, uncovered buckets of gravel and other construction materials. If they are allowed to carry construction materials, they need to cover and secure the load.
