Street Cleaning rules are in effect as of 3/14/18

This is ridiculous, its a street cleaner not a plow. I didn't know it was capable of removing snow.

This issue was sent over to the Parking Authority the sweeper was in effect on that day.
You can make a court date if you contest the ticket the judge is the only one that can dismiss a ticket.
