The sidewalk foreman investigated this issue, and found a 5"x 5" rock on the sidewalk. He was not sure if it came from the wall. At that location he indicated that the wall is built 5.5" to 6" from the edge of the sidewalk which might fall within the City Right of Way. I will have our excavation inspector look into this.
