These buckets and debris have been on this sidewalk for months. They were left soon after the homeless encampment was moved to the Transition Housing Location. Today, an additional paper bag of garbage has been added to the debris. I have opened this issue before and it has been closed, saying that it's been cleaned up, but that is not the case.
