Please stop closing this until you confirm for yourself that the dumping has been removed. The problems at this lot go back for years. Jill Keimach said that was going to have a fence installed. The City bent over backwards granting the developer variance after variance and waiver after waiver. This is the result.

I wish that was said earlier. Are you saying that the City of Alameda has no power to get the mess cleaned up. This property has been an ongoing neighborhood nuisance for years.
