We have twice contacted DPW to ask them to remove a tree by 83-85 High St, next to the street on city property --it leans heavily toward the street and electrical wires, with a semi-exposed root system, after a tree next to it fell months ago. At the time, it was fortunate that no one was hurt, no property damaged, no utility wires impacted and that neighbors with power tools cut and cleared the downed tree. This needs to be a priorty, since when (not if) it falls, it will block the road.
