There is an epidemic going on of "abandoned bicycles." "Abandoned" is a bit euphemistic. Most people don't abandon their bicycles! They're very expensive, useful--and used daily. Bicycles are stolen, parts removed, and THEN abandoned. If amateur thieves can't unlock them, they twist the wheels trying to get them off. Do the Cambridge police have a plan for what to do?
