    From the parking lot at the end of Linnaean St. that meets Mass. Ave. through #14 Linnaean St, including all residential addresses in between--#6, #8, #10, #12 and #14 (especially 6, 8 and 14)-- the corner parking lot and the sidewalk on the even side of Linnaean is one long stretch of unshoveled, untreated snow and ice. I think attempts were made to shovel in front of #10 and #12 Linnaean, but unsuccessfully: the remaining snow melted and turned icy. This whole stretch is a perennial problem (within a longer stretch from the corner through #30--which today is dry and clear from #16 to #30, thanks to reports last week!). Many elderly and/or handicapped people living on Linnaean St. must navigate the uneven snowy sidewalk and the ice. Please keep badgering these homeowners--and whoever owns the corner parking lot, which shows no address so I can't "confirm address" on it.

    In front of the single-family houses starting at 10 Linnaean St, sidewalk is intermittently sheer ice, worst where driveways emerge onto sidewalk and street (with the exception of 26 Linnaean). The sidewalk is clear once you reach the apartment buildings running from 32 to 42 Linnaean St and the Graham and Parks School. I had to walk down this stretch on crutches, nearly fell more than once. Walking in this street is dangerous as it's a kind of thoroughfare between Garden St. and Mass Ave, and trucks go down it in the morning from Memorial Drive. These home-owners are frequently negligent, some consistently, and many elderly and disabled people live on the street. Please alert the home-owners!
