    Once again the residence of 1293 Cambridge St. are placing trash out on Cambridge Street on Non trash days, the trash picture above has been sitting out on Cambridge Street for over 72 hours now.

    Please send inspectors down to 1293 Cambridge St. and fine the owners of the property accordingly because this is the third consecutive month that this has happened.

    Please remove all lighting from Inman Square that don't follow the city lighting ordinances. From the city's website "A light fixture must be fully shielded and can be mounted up to 12’ above the surface to be illuminated. Examples of this site condition are light fixtures next to doorways, paths, outdoor stairs or open spaces that need a focused, brighter light. The maximum lumen limit for new and replacement light fixtures and light bulbs is 1,050 lumens." Th strings of lights in Inman Square are not shielded in anyway and emit a lot of light pollution some of which directly enters my apartment. These lights also are possibly hung above 12 feet and above 1050 lumens.

    Several streets (Willow St, Webster Ave, York St, Hamlin St, Plymouth St, Bristol St, Berkshire St) in the Harrington Wellington area closed without notice to residents. This is very difficult for residents especially ones with disabilities. This has been an ongoing issue. Residents request a neighborhood meeting to discuss the dismissal of our concerns.

    Cyclist control light is missing from the Cambridge St eastbound lane in front of the pharmacy. For cyclists traveling south on Hampshire St during a green cycling light, there is nothing stopping cyclists on Cambridge Street while the Hampshire St light is green. This is a T intersection so one lane needs to have right of way. Currently if there's a collision while a a cyclist on who is legally proceeding through a green light and collides with a cyclist with no red light on Cambridge St, which cyclist would be liable for damages in the collision?

    A duplicate parking sign with redundant permit parking sign was added during the Inman Square renovation project. The two posts make it impossible to open car doors for residents parked here. The southern most sign is at least 10 ft from the opening to the Urgent Care Center. Please remove both posts, consolidate signage on one new post that's on the north side of the tree so that residents can open our car doors. Also the snow emergency signage doesn't show bounding arrows. Does the snow emergency parking ban end at this sign, continue through 138 Antrim St, or continue through all of Antrim St? With no bounding arrows the instructions are confusing.

    The push- button pedestrian signals have been set to audible recording playing "The walk sign is on to cross Antrim/Cambridge/Inman streets" all day and night. Please set to audible signal to on request ONLY as the signage indicates. These speakers are producing an enormous amount of noise pollution and are unbearable to neighbors. Please fix IMMEDIATELY.

    Something was removed from the sidewalk in front of 1206 Mass Ave. 4 bolts were left sticking up 1”-2” above the sidewalk. Numbers of people have tripped over these, one woman fell and had to be taken to the hospital.

    A woman from the shop in that location reported that a cone was placed there but was apparently taken overnight.

    Pink paint was sprayed around the protruding bolts. The pink spray paint is not enough for pedestrians looking around as they walk to keep from the danger.

    The roadwork on Monsignor by Edwin H Land and Monsignor intersection has led to dangerous traffic patterns. Road work signage is minimal or not followed well and many cars are almost getting into accidents due to people trying to go straight in the two left turn lanes. It is a nightmare and dangerous, yet the police on duty are giggling and gossiping, not directing traffic! They are putting people in danger by not helping guide the traffic pattern. The story time can wait, they are on the job! Please ensure this road work site has police who can aid traffic for the safety of this community!
