We have sent a technician out to this intersection to verify the Video Detection is working properly for the North bound and South bound directions. This detection may be causing some of the delay you are seeing. The max time that Bailey Cove can extend the green is set at 45 seconds, so any delay should not be greater than that. We will continue to monitor this intersection and look at potential upgrades for detection in the future.
