A construction trench stretching across the southern portion of Oakridge has been severely eroded in the last two days from all of our rain. The area has greatly expanded and has become deeper to the point of being unsafe.

This is the Rocket City RC field outside of SWDA. We completely understand the interruption of mowing service due to the pandemic. Just a heads-up that the area could use a mowing when operations resume. Thank you

Every morning between 530am and 6am, when I approach this intersection from westbound on Willowbrook, all four directions are red on the traffic signal. Cars pull up, get tired of waiting and run the light. When the signal is functioning, it take an extremely long time to change for either direction on Willowbrook.

Numerous drainage and road damage issues. Water pools on road every time it rains and typically takes several days to dissipate. These pools are mosquito, insect and algae breeding grounds in warmer months. Road is broken and severely cracked in many locations. Some of the damage areas were caused by city contractor equipment during last year's runway re-surfacing. We were told they would return and repair the damage, but never returned and we were never contacted. There is also a large drop-off at the entrance by the gate where the cement ramp meats the asphalt. Several vehicles have bottomed-out on the cement due to the height difference between the two surfaces.

The traffic signal westbound on Willowbrook at Bailey Cove is EXTREMELY slow at detecting/activating after arriving at the intersection. Please see video from this morning that illustrates how long it takes to change. Comperable intersections of Lilly Flagg and Whitesburg and Blevins Gap and Bailey Cove all initiate change almost immediately when you arrive at the intersection.

Timing/sensors appear to be defective for Willowbrook signals. The light will not change from Bailey Cove directions (N/S) to Willowbrook direction (E/W) in the early morning hours and other non-congested/non-peak times. I have seen numerous cars tire after waiting for several minutes for the light to change and then cut the the corner gas station or right turn onto Bailey Cove and then immediately u-turn. The number of cars in line on Willowbrook does not seem to be a factor. I come West-bound on Willowbrook every morning to turn right (North) on Bailey Cove. Every morning I see cars bypassing the light in the ways described above. This traffic signal should change immediately for Willowbrook during non-peak hours. Leaving as-is is a safety risk with the number of vehicles I see bypassing the signal through the intersection.
