as a resident of that portion of Lake Circle West, we can absolutely attest to the speeding, the cutting through as a shortcut to/from Hesperus to/from 108. The last survey was inaccurate because it included the ingress/egress from resident driveways and skews the average speed due to that. All one needs to do is be present for a couple of days and it is obvious...the dangers posed to resident drivers and pedestrians is considerable. School busses, neighbors, AND “outside”drivers all share the blame. Please help!! Speed bumps or something?? Thanks!
