Deskripsyon

a string of idling school buses block off traffic access to Elm Ave. Monday to Thursday from 4pm-4:20pm. Friday 1-1:20pm
All traffic is diverted to E 12th St creating unnecessary congestion around the block. Safer loading zone and protocol needed. The last bus isn't even loaded for 15 minutes and idles the whole time. buses block street to emergency vehicles for 20 minutes daily

Yes, I know this place. I've been there a lot, since I went to school in the area. It is very difficult to park your car there. I once had an exam and had to submit my paper I wrote with https://ca.edubirdie.com/calculus-help and was in a hurry for my exam. Couldn't find a place to park. I thought that I'm screwed but I managed to visit my exam. I think this issue needs to be resolved.

CB14 continues to work with the NYPD, the City Council representative and the local school administrators at this location to resolve frequent complaints from residents about school bus parking and idling which daily blocks traffic on this block. I've passed along your complaint and repeated our request for a resolution to this dangerous and problematic traffic condition.
