说明
The home was built in the past 2 years on Hatch Rd.. It backs on Rocky Neck Avenue. When the back yard was graded, a large hole was placed near the road in their back yard.. Apparently, a stream or other water source was disrupted causing water to pour over their rocks onto the street. It is almost always wet or flooded during the summer and during the winter it is about a hundred feet of ice on Rocky Neck Avenue. Not sure what they did but it is dangerous. Is there something else they can do to mitigate the problem? Can it at least temporarily be sanded frequently until it is fixed so it won't be so slippery?
