Description

Camera on Snowden River Parkway across from Snowden Dental Care heading towards Brokenland Parkway seems to be malfunction. The traffic light was green but the light was flashing even though motorist had the right to move. Not looking forward to getting a ticket in the mail due to faulty cameras
