Senior (hoarder?) "finds" furniture and other items on the street and drags them to her porch. Adds of boxes of "stuff" on top of chairs and furniture which stays for years. So much stuff now that it is beginning to block her front door.
That looks fine to me. I see nothing that would attract pests or vermin, no bags of garbage or piles of moldy newspapers, and nothing really out of the ordinary. It looks like a very normal porch.
I konw the woman who lives here, and she is not a hoarder. Note that the front door is not blocked, and this is not a large amount of furniture. You want to see hoarding, go look at the mess under the freeway on Claremont, which is about 100 feet of junk covered by tarps.
I know this woman too. She is my neighbor from down the block. You really can't see it in the photo, but the door is mostly blocked and there are bags of old papers and junk (behind the porch wall. There also has been a rodent problem. But it seems that she has now rearranged the chairs, etc. and the bags are now gone
