I called to report this same issue this morning. I went out at lunch and the road crews were "repairing" this area if you could even call it that. More than half the potholes were not filled, those filled were done poorly, and the road wasn't closed so all the cars driving through ruined any attempt to fix it.

Who is user A1 and why do you keep commenting and closing these cases? You commented previously in this post to call warren pothole hotline which I did, but also opened a Service Request (ID 200161) with the City of Warren and they closed it indicating, "I696 and the service drive are under the jurisdiction of Michigan Department of Transportation."

This area has yet to be repaired. I plan to take pictures at the 1 month anniversary to follow up and report back as to what the conditions are currently. I know for a fact that the ramps, service drive, and general area are in unsafe conditions. Macomb County, Warren, MDOT apparently do not communicate and no one wants to own responsibility for the unsafe conditions.
