Failure to keep sidewalks clean. This is city schools of Decatur property on The Church street side of their property. Again. It is highly irritating that this continues to be a problem. All other property owners on the street manage to keep their sidewalks pretty clean, yet the property with a grounds crew paid by our taxes can't manage it without constant reminders.
