    Failure to keep sidewalks clean. This is city schools of Decatur property on The Church street side of their property. Again. It is highly irritating that this continues to be a problem. All other property owners on the street manage to keep their sidewalks pretty clean, yet the property with a grounds crew paid by our taxes can't manage it without constant reminders.

    There is a sinkhole on the median between sidewalk and curb. It is on City Schools of Decatur property just north of the southern property line. I saw a pedestrian step into it and fall in the street. He was ok but the hole is a foot deep and dangerous. It is by the water pipe access caps.
