City of Pinellas Park we're the ones that told me to use this app when I had issues like dead animals to report. The animal is still there and is now ground down into the pavement.

Thank you for commenting on the SCF regarding this issue. I am not sure how I misunderstood where the issue was. The cat was on a roadway that we maintain. You can, and please do, submit any issues you may find to this app and it will be sent to the correct jurisdiction of who needs to manage the issue. This was a mistake on my part and I apologize.
